Nukunu Football Club is pleased to announce that the first team squad, the Wonder Boys, have successfully completed their mandatory pre-season medical screening ahead of the 2026/2027 football season.
The comprehensive exercise was conducted by the club's medical team and included cardiovascular tests, musculoskeletal assessments, general health screening, and fitness evaluations to ensure all players are in optimal condition for the demanding season ahead.
All players were declared fit and ready, with no major concerns reported. Speaking on the exercise, the Technical Team stated that the successful medical is a crucial first step in the club's preparation.
"This is standard procedure but very important to our Recruit, Develop, Export model," the club noted. "Ensuring the health and well-being of our talents is our top priority. We are happy all the Wonder Boys are fit and ready to compete."
The Wonder Boys will now continue with full pre-season training as they prepare for a series of high-profile friendlies, including the upcoming clash against Premier League side Vision FC on 29th August in Tema.
